Instrument Repairs
NEW! Hach Hydromet now offers guaranteed turn around time on all Hydrolab products serviced at the Loveland, Colorado service center. Choose the level of service you need – 1, 5, 10 or 15 day turn around times – and we guarantee that you’ll get your instrument back on time. In any case, if we take longer than 15 days to repair your instrument, service labor is free.

Service Partnership
Partner with Hach Hydromet to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime of your Hydrolab equipment with a Bench Service Partnership. Bench Service Partnerships are available in 1 – 5 year options and provide:
- Free parts and labor for all service and repair
- Free factory maintenance and calibration
- Free loaner equipment to use during repair

- 5-day turn around time on all covered products
- Up to 20% savings versus a la cart service
